Refund Policy – BTBM Solutions
Because BTBM Solutions provides custom creative services, refunds are generally not offered once work has begun. Custom jobs and projects typically require a non-refundable deposit f up to 30% of job total estimate. Please see terms on job quotations and invoices for more detailed information, terms and pricing.
If you purchase a physical product from us (such as merchandise or physical printed/manufactured goods), details of shipping, returns, and refunds will be provided at time of quotation, final approval and/or checkout. Returned goods have to be in original and unused condition and are subject to a 15% restocking fees (upon final evaluation and approval of return).
Digital downloads and similar products and offerings are non-returnable.
